Do I need to be fit before joining?
You can enquire at any stage of your fitness journey. Tell us about your experience and any concerns so we can discuss an appropriate starting point.
What is the difference between Gi and No-Gi?
Gi classes use the traditional Jiu Jitsu uniform. No-Gi training uses different clothing and does not use grips on a gi. We’ll explain the clothing requirements when arranging your trial.
How much is the trial?
Your trial class is £5. Contact us to arrange the session and confirm the details.
