Our academy
More than a place to train.
Established in 2021, Roger Gracie Jiu Jitsu South Herts is a full-time academy in Borehamwood. We teach Gi and No-Gi Jiu Jitsu to adults, alongside dedicated kids and juniors programmes.
For us, Jiu Jitsu is about family, community and perseverance as much as fitness and self-defence. It is a way to set goals, build discipline and learn to face challenges — on and off the mats.
Whether you are taking your first class, returning to training or working towards competition, you have a place here.
