Roger Gracie Academy South Herts is the only full time BJJ academy in Borehamwood. Providing kids and adults Jiu Jitsu as well as MMA grappling/no Gi sessions for all levels. We provide instruction under the guidance and according to the systems of 10 time world champion Roger Gracie and his father, Godfather of UK Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Mauricio Gomes.
We welcome complete beginners through to accomplished and professional martial artists of all ages and genders. Whether you are looking simply to challenge yourself, give yourself some discipline, get fit or to compete at the highest level, RGA South Herts will cater for you.
